Returns & Refunds

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their order. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer returns for store credit within 7 days of the item being received. The received date is the date shown as delivered on the package tracking.

To return an item, please email us at with subject line RETURNS. Once the item is received back in the original condition (unused and unwashed, odor free), we will process a shop credit in the amount of the purchase minus the original shipping cost.
Please note: 
  • Discounts and promotions used at the time of purchase cannot be transferred to the new purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return an item.
  • Exchanges may take up to 10 business days after receiving to be processed.
  •  We do not accept returns on  limited items, preorders, holiday/seasonal items, mugs, tumblers, or kids cups.
