Returns & Refunds

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their order. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer returns for store credit within 7 days of the item being received. The received date is the date shown as delivered on the package tracking.

To return an item, please email us at MainStreetSparkle@gmail.com with subject line RETURNS. Once the item is received back in the original condition (unused and unwashed, odor free), we will process a shop credit in the amount of the purchase minus the original shipping cost.
Please note: 
  • Discounts and promotions used at the time of purchase cannot be transferred to the new purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return an item.
  • Exchanges may take up to 10 business days after receiving to be processed.
  •  We do not accept returns on  limited items, preorders, holiday/seasonal items, mugs, tumblers, or kids cups.
